Kent is the managing partner for Tombs Maxwell LLP. Kent’s education includes a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law, a MS in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University, and a BA in History from Utah State University. His practice specializes in settlement planning, special-needs planning, guardianships, QSF administration, and Medicare Secondary Payer Act compliance. Kent is a current board member of the Society of Settlement Planners and chair of the practice standards committee tasked with developing written standards of practice expected of professionals engaged in settlement planning. Kent lives in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah, with his wife and 4 children. In his spare time, Kent is a co-race director for the Top of Utah Marathon.

Away from work, Daniel enjoys playing tennis, watching sports, and spending time with his wife Alisha and their three children.
