Matthew serves as a settlement planner in our Beaumont, Texas office. Matthew has worked with two personal injury law firms and Settlement Professionals, Inc. in Portland, Oregon. Matthew's education includes a law degree and masters in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. He received his undergraduate BBA - Finance degree from Lamar University. Matthew is married and has five children.

Jesse serves as a settlement planner in our El Paso, Texas office. He specializes in settlement planning, financial planning, and portfolio design. Jesse’ education includes an MS in Financial Planning and a BA in Spanish from Texas Tech University and is a CFP® professional. Prior to joining Tombs Maxwell, Jesse headed up the financial planning department of an El Paso firm and worked in personal financial services at JP Morgan Chase. Jesse is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education. Jesse is married to Beverly Longoria and they have two daughters (Savannah and Sierra).
Dustin serves as a settlement planner and case manager in our Laramie, Wyoming office. He has been with us for over four years as a financial analyst and consultant. Dustin graduated Summa Cum Laud from the Personal Financial Planning program at Texas Tech University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree. In 2010 Dustin opened an office in Laramie, Wyoming from which he will serve the state of Wyoming and Northern Colorado.
